Let them cool for a minute before flipping the ramekins over onto plates. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh berries!

2. Strawberry Shortcake Trifles
Growing up, I made trifle every year for my birthday, until one year when I made mini versions in little cups and my life was changed! It was so fun to have the little versions, and I didn't have to worry about eating way too much all week long! You can use glass jars, decorative cups, or little dishes. Serve them up for date night or for a fun party!
Ingredients:
*1 box of vanilla sponge cake or angel food cake (store-bought or homemade)
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Slice the cake into small cubes.
Toss the sliced strawberries with sugar and let them sit for 10 minutes to draw out their juices.
Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form.
In a glass, layer cake cubes, strawberries, and whipped cream.
Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with whipped cream on top.
Garnish with a few extra strawberry slices and serve immediately!
*you can also use brownies if you want something a little more chocolatey!

3. Chocolate-Covered Strawberries
A romantic classic, chocolate-covered strawberries are easy to make and always impressive. Plus, they’re a fun treat to make together on your date night. You can decorate them with fun sprinkles, nuts, or colored chocolate, or just leave them plain!

1 tbsp coconut oil (optional for smoother chocolate)
Sprinkles or crushed nuts (optional)
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, swirling it gently to coat.
